These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, services and agreements between EasyUFHdesign.co.uk (operated by Jumeso B.V., the “Company”) and any customer purchasing services through this website (the “Client”).

2. Services

The Company supplies custom digital underfloor-heating layout plans based on information supplied by the Client. The service is delivered entirely online.

3. Formation of the Contract

A binding contract is formed once the Client places an order through the website and payment is completed

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is due at the time of ordering and can be completed via the payment methods offered on the website.
  • No service will be provided until full payment has been received.

5. Delivery of Digital Plans

  • Plans are delivered digitally by email, typically within 2 business days after payment.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on information quality and ordering volume.
  • The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

The Company may contact the Client to seek clarification regarding missing, unclear or inconsistent data, which may result in delayed delivery.

6. Right to Cancel / Withdrawal Rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • services that are custom-made to the consumer’s specifications, and
  • digital services where the consumer has explicitly agreed to immediate performance and has acknowledged waiving their right to cancel the order.

By placing an order:

the Client expressly requests the digital plan to be created and delivered immediately
the Client acknowledges and agrees to waive their right to cancel once work has begun

Therefore: No cancellation or refund is possible after the order is submitted, unless the Company has not yet started the work.

7. Intellectual Property

All plans, designs, and related digital materials remain the intellectual property of the Company.
The Client receives a non-exclusive licence for personal or business use related to their project. Redistribution, resale, or sharing the plan is not permitted without written consent.

8. Liability

  • The Company is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information submitted by the Client.
  • The plans are a technical design guide only. Installation must be carried out by a qualified professional in compliance with all applicable legal and safety standards.
  • The Company is not liable for:
    • improper installation,
    • misinterpretation of the plan,
    • consequential damages, loss of profit or indirect losses.

Use of the plan is at the Client’s own risk.

9. Complaints & Customer Service

Complaints must be submitted by email within 14 days of delivery.
The Company will acknowledge the complaint and aims to provide a response within 5 business days.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes may first be addressed through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, such disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published at the time of the Client’s order will apply to that transaction.
